Rasetsu(悪魔, Lit. "Man-Eating Devil") is a mage that is the first person in centuries that has been described as being closest to obtaining "The One Magic". He is the practitioner and perhaps the creator of Dragon God Slayer Magic, as well as the Founder and Master of The Dragon Knight Guild. He has earned himself the infamous title of Dragon God Rasetsu(龍神, Lit. Ryujin no Rasetsu) due to his extreme power within Dragon-based magic and special techniques.
Appearance[]
Rasetsu appears abnormally youthful for his age, having obtained an immortality which is akin to Black Mage Zeref's by his own description, Rasetsu's 53 year old body and behaves as that of a prime young man in his early twenties, no more. He has wild, unkempt dark black hair which hangs over his shoulders and trails down his back, forming a windswept motion and arcing backwards stylishly at the crown of his, forming a style similar to that of the scales which run down a Dragons back. Rasetsu goes clad in a constant red and gold/brilliant yellow outfit which seems to be his favourite colors to wear, as he is rarely seen without these tones on display. Rasetsu is also famous for his unique "Dragon Eyes" which are characterized by the glorious, bright ruby red orbs he sports, before being known as The Dragon God, he held the moniker "Dragon Eyes Rasetsu".

Rasetsu is shown to be rather stubborn, hardheaded, and most of all, fiercely independant, to the point where he prefers to distance himself from his own allies if it means standing on his own. He is endlessly full of pride and is shown to be completely and utterly fearless of anything and everything, behaving almost like an animal. Even so, he is extremely reliable and willingly throws himself in the path of certain death if it means preserving a life. He is enraged at those who would prey upon the weak, and those who cannot defend themselves.

Dragon God Slayer Magic[]
Rasetsu is regarded as a prodological genius when it comes to magic and it's theoretical and practical understanding. Subsequently, he is the creator of Dragon God Slayer magic, stating that he himelf was taught by a "Dragon God" by the name of Galneryus. Rasetsu uses Dragon God Slayer magic as the basis for all of his attacks when in combat. Rasetsu has reached a grandmaster level of expertise in usage of his Dragon God Slayer magic and makes use of it in many different ways in combat. As with all Dragon Slayers, he can consume his respective element, with the exception of that which he has created, to replenish his energy reserves.
